3. Information provided
Information on this website is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer or professional advice. Any proposal or quotation is subject to a written agreement.
3a. Allergens and dietary requirements
Our kitchen handles the fourteen allergens required to be declared under assimilated Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011, including cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soybeans, milk, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame, sulphur dioxide and sulphites, lupin and molluscs. Allergen information for any dish is available on request and will be given before you order. Because the same kitchen and equipment are used to prepare dishes containing allergens, we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from traces of a given allergen, and we are unable to represent a dish as safe for a person with a severe allergy unless that has been specifically agreed with us in advance. Please tell us about any allergy or intolerance when you book and again when you order. Menu descriptions and dishes are subject to availability and may change.
3b. Alcohol, age verification and bookings
We are licensed for the sale of alcohol. Alcohol is sold only to persons aged 18 or over. We operate Challenge 25: if you appear to be under 25 we will ask for photographic identification showing your date of birth, and we will refuse the sale if it is not produced. It is an offence to buy or attempt to buy alcohol for a person under 18. We may refuse service, or refuse to serve further alcohol, at our discretion, including where we believe a person is already drunk, and we may ask a person to leave. Alcohol is served only within the hours and conditions permitted by our premises licence. Bookings. A reservation is held for a reasonable period after the booked time; please tell us as early as you can if you need to change or cancel, particularly for larger parties, where we may agree a pre-order, a deposit or cancellation terms in advance. An optional service charge, where applied, is shown separately and may be removed on request. Nothing on this website is nutritional, dietary or medical advice.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
